Maui Wildfire Relief Effort » Maui and the Hawaiian islands are a place of community, a place of Ohana ('family'), and a place that many of us have called home. We've come together to help Maui during its darkest hour and are committed to doing all that we can to help with the ongoing disaster relief and the longer-term, rebuilding of an island that we all love. Donations can be made to individual organizations, or evenly split between 4 nonprofits that are actively helping families with their essential needs (i.e. food, shelter, etc.), displaced pets, and have all been selected because they are local and actively working on the relief effort. All donations will be tax-deductible and you'll receive a tax receipt once you've donated. Maui Humane Society - The Humane Society is adding capacity to help with the huge influx of displaced animals on the island caused by the fires. Maui Strong - Set-up by the Hawaii Community Foundation, this fund will provide community resilience with resources for disaster preparedness, response, and recovery Pledge.to
